Class Descriptions – Offered at our MONROE STREET LOCATION

Below you will find descriptions of the great classes we have here at Go M.A.D. Fitness. Each one will truly help Make A Difference! If you have any questions let us know.


A high energy class that uses interval training to maximize fat loss, torch calories fast, create endurance and boost your metabolism.


A circuit of 8-10 unique exercises (1 minute long each circuit) that build strength, create endurance, burn fat and torch calories followed by a 2-5 minute cardio blast.  Three rounds with an ab and stretch session at the end.

Firm & Burn

Build muscle while burning fat.  Weight training using free weight and your own body weight combined with light cardio to maximize fat loss and boost your metabolism.  Great class to teach proper form and target exercises for each muscle group.


This class will strengthen and tone your arms, abs, seat and thighs through a variety of controlled, low impact exercises. After working a muscle, stretching with lengthen your muscles and improve your flexibility. Most moves will require only your body weight, while some will incorporate light hand weights and resistance bands. Variations for beginner to experienced provides a great workout for all.

Align & Define

This circuit style class offers you a total body workout using body weight and free weights to help target overall strength, flexibility and core conditioning.  Build muscle and burn calories for an aligned and defined you!


PiYo is a blend of Pilates and Yoga!  This class combines the muscle sculpting of Pilates and the flexibility of Yoga.  The moves are all set to fun music to provide you a low impact but intense class.

Fit Body

This class will help you get that fit body you want!  We will work on your legs, arms, glutes and abs using free weights and a mat.  Class for all fitness levels.

Turbo Kick

 Join the ultimate cardio kickboxing class!  Turbo kick is a high energy class that packs in a unique blend of kickboxing moves, calorie blasting HIIT training, body weight exercises and a relaxing cool down all set to the hottest music.


This yoga class is for all fitness levels to gain balance, core strength, flexibility, stress relief, muscle recovery, and spinal and joint health.
